I guess there's something true to the saying, "March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb." Because this March started with lots of rain followed by lots of wind, which in Richmond means that 100-year old trees fall over power lines and everything goes dark for a couple of days. That's just what happened to us last week. The first night is always the most fun since everyone is intrigued by the candles and we all get to go to bed early. But then you wake up, remember the heat isn't working, and I call my mom and dad to see if they can take care of us for a while - which they always do. Tears of relief were flowing when Dad said, "y'all pack up those babies and come on home." So that's just what we did. Even though the whole ordeal was a little stressful for Robbye and me, you'll see that Drew and Mary-Rian may start wishing to lose electricity more often.
Drew hung out with his Pops all day riding on tractors and dump trucks.

After naptime, we headed over to my brother's house so the cousins could spend some time together. Drew and Caroline spent the time in the "jump moon," the golf cart, the swings, etc.
Mary-Rian and Arianna spent time inside with BeBe on the floor and in the bean bag.
